OWPR Case Study

We recently did a series of customers success stories to give our Reps more leverage when generating proposals for net new customers. When we started this project, I had a hard time getting any Rep to submit a case study draft, so I developed a survey outline for them to fill out. The outline took most Reps 15-20 minutes to fill out and proved to be successful. The Management Team was very pleased with the results and we have now develop and execute 6-success stories per quarter.
